What we're building.

Phase 3 of the Next-Gen Journalist Program.

The Media Challenge Fellowship is MCI's flagship year-long apprenticeship for early-career journalists. The model is the ONE-MAN-WOMAN-ARMY-JOURNALIST: multi-skilled, multi-earning, and brand-led. Fellows are placed across newsrooms ranging from NTV, NBS, and NRG to The Guardian, BBC, NPR, CNN, and Al Jazeera.
